BlackBerry at CES 2009


The BlackBerry booth was packed today. New handsets including the Curve 8900, Bold, and Storm were all there as well as the new Flip Pearl. Also demonstrated were applications for the BlackBerry like E-Trade, AP News, Slacker Music, Nobex Radio and Viigo RSS Reader to name a few.

Nokia Mobile Video


Nokia has created a web site that allows for the downloading of movies and other content from Amazon to one of their video enabled devices, like the 5820. The files are Windows Media encoded and include Digital Rights Management.

Wireless USB


Wireless USB Kit allow for the connection of devices to a PC from across the room.

Eee Touch


ET 1602 15.9" 16:9 touch screen PC. The system has an Atom N270 Processor, 160 GB Hard Drive, and 1 GB of Memory. System also includes speakers and a web cam.


Pioneer Kuro

The Pioneer PDP-6020FD 60" flat panel TV and the PRO-FPJ1 LCoS projector. The best contrast level of all of the displays at the show.
Kuro means "Black" in Japanese.

Hellomoto

Motorola demonstrated LTE & WiMax 4G technology with WiFi for the ultimate in home connectivity.

Drummers

Roland had 7 electronic drum kits set up for anyone who would like to play along. Each kit was set up for a different sound.
